During an interview about the release of their seventh full length album Shadows in the Light, Immolation guitarist Robert Vigna described the new album as: “It’s aggressive, emotional and haunting”. He also says that it delivers all of the band’s qualities due to it being “catchy as hell, very direct and to the point”. The album is definitely one that devastates you from all vantage points, whether it is due to the hard-hitting emotion put into the songs, the soulful guitar solos, raging drums or the vocals that just cut right through you.

In support of their latest release, Vigna and the rest of Immolation along with Suffocation and Skinless will tour North America for a month this coming fall. The tour kicks off in late October in Quebec and ends on the 18th of November in the band’s hometown of New York. The complete list of tour dates and venues are as follows:
